At Stoke + Season, our small and knowledgeable crew are passionate about food cooked over an open fire. 
At the heart of our team is Kostas Stavrinos, our culinary maestro who blends honesty and flavour in every dish.

Our Chef

Hailing from Australia, Kostas's journey began in his uncle's Melbourne restaurant, where he honed his skills.
A globetrotter at heart, he explored Tokyo, London, and Copenhagen, expanding his culinary horizons. In the UK, Kostas left his mark at Soho House before settling in West Berkshire. Notably, he collaborated with chef Mike Robinson at 'The Pot Kiln', teaching at the Game Cookery School and styling for Waitrose,  M&S, Harrods, OXO, and Heinz.
